Giving birth only last year 2019, I set myself a new challenge to not only get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but to transform my body completely and enter a competition. My aim is to drop body fat from 45.5% body fat to 18%, and do so within 9 months of giving birth. All while documenting my journey, and being as transparent as possible.
